I have no idea what I did I shouldn't draw when I'm in a weird mood but I made a fucking random villainous OC.
He calls himself Pumpkabill and he's obsessed with halloween. Not sure if villain or hero yet but I guess he's just there to annoy everyone with halloween.

Edit for more story: The pumpkin around his neck is some sort of a weird parasite. Bill found it when he was younger and wanted to take care of it. It later stuck itself onto him and is even able to controll him. Bill Doesn't reallize if that happened. The roots belong to the pumpkin, but sometimes at will Bill can move them too. The pumpkin and Bill basically share his body. Even if Bill loves halloween more than anything in the world, he hasn't been able to celebrate one since he found that weird thing. Since the pumpkin absolutely hates halloween because of all the poor pumpkins who gets cut open, he takes over his body for the whole night to start chaos. So basically: Bill is excited for a whole year, for something he won't even be able to celebrate.
