Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 2 large eggs. 1 cup whole milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts. Cooking spray or muffin liners.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C, and either use cooking spray or muffin liners to grease a muffin tin. Put the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and mix them together. Melt the unsalted butter in a separate bowl that can go in the microwave. Then, add the creamy peanut butter and stir until the mixture is smooth. Combine the dry ingredients with the peanut butter mixture that has been melted. Mix the ingredients together well. Take out a different bowl and mix the eggs, whole milk, and vanilla extract with a whisk. Add the wet ingredients to the peanut butter mix and mix them together until the batter is smooth. Small chocolate chips and chopped peanuts should be added. Put about two-thirds of the way full of batter into each muffin cup using a spoon. After the oven is hot, bake the muffins for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes in the pan. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy these tasty peanut butter muffins that you can pull apart!
