#psoriasis guide

I have encountered many triggers to my psoriasis and some of these may help inform others.

1. Lack of sleep

2. Stress

3. Certain foods (look at post "foods I avoid". Will hyperlink when I get on laptop)

4. Change in climate/weather

5. Getting sick

6. Sweating

7. Certain shampoos/body washes/lotions(will make post)

8. Antibiotics

-ANTIVIRAL: spreads the plaque across body

-ANTIFUNGAL: increases the flare and causes breakage and bleeding

NOTE: stronger med= more impact

These foods trigger flare ups to myself. I have made logs of it my first 2 years and some of my doctors think it is silly but it actually works this way for me and has for 6 years now.

1. Red Meat

2. Crustations

3. Salty foods

4. Spicy foods

5. Fast foods (unhealthy foods)

5. Over sweet foods

6. Sauces
