6 months after the Log Out Button was removed, 3 months since the start of Wonder Zone.  

“Young boys and naughty girls, it’s time for my contest debut!” Nozomi shouted as she ran to the stage. After learning what contests were, and doing some research, she decided to take a break from gym battles. She had practiced a lot with her Pokemon and it was time to see if her hard work would bare any fruit.

  Nozomi knew that it would not be easy, so she took her time practicing and mastering her Pokemon’s skills and move set. Not only did she train her Pokemon intensely but she managed to regain some of her spiritual connections. She had also observed many other Pokemon Contests in an attempt to gain knowledge in the battling style. 

Time to showcase my newest Pokemon.

“Go, Lucky, Use Rapid Spin!”

 Once the Performance Stage had concluded Nozomi waited in the lounge for the results. Everyone’s performance was incredibly good and it was entirely possible for her to have been eliminated. She was inexperienced, uncoordinated and unorganized, however the judges were pleased enough. She managed to get last place and proceeded along with the other 15 contestants. The coordinator who was standing next to Nozomi managed to land a place as well. 

  Once all the positions were known the match-ups were randomized. The player next to her, along with another impressive coordinator were given the first fight. Nozomi was given the last one. 

  Nozomi walked up to the other coordinator and decided to congratulate them.

  3 months after the disappearance of the log out button.

“Pignite, use Flame Charge!” Bianca shouted. The intense thrill of battle was being rushed to her head. The Virbank gym leader, although an NPC, was proving to be quite the challenge. She wasn’t extremely worried, though. Her heart was pumping faster and faster. After this battle she would have earned her third gym badge.

  “3 gym badges down. I only need 5 more, I’m making good progress.”

Bianca finished healing her Pokemon and was about to head for her next destination when another player walked in. They looked confused, possibly lost. Bianca thought about going on her merry way, but changed her mind last minute. 

 3 months since the LOG OFF button removal.

“Okay, so where do I go now?” Our heroine asked herself. She wasn’t familiar with the game at all. The only reason she managed to get the 1 badge she had was based on pure luck and random command inputs. She was looking for somewhere in where she could could get her hands on a tarot deck, sadly she’s had no luck. 

  Her Eevee, Junai, evolved into an Espeon pretty quickly. Nozomi didn’t question it but she also didn’t know exactly how that happened. She didn’t know anything at all except that everybody was going crazy trying to get “badges”. She managed to get one of them but only miraculously. Weeks after her victory in the Oreburgh Gym she finally made it to Floarama Town. She figured that the best thing to do was to find the nearest gym, so she decided ask the nearest player. 

To say that Nick was bored was an understatement.

Riding her Lapras along the waters of Kanto, she wanted to see the view of the region from the shore to get a better idea of the scaling of the map. She wanted to see what opportunities awaited her out on the ocean, but to her dismay, it was rather dull. She figured Hoenn would be a better place to search for something interesting in the water, but that would have to wait until she defeated the Indigo League.

Deciding to put her swim to rest as the sun started to set, Nick ended up coming ashore along Pallet Town where she figured it would be a good idea to stay the night.

Putting her Lapras in its Pokeball, she took out her Nidoran, holding her in her arms. She walked around, looking for a Pokemon Center but couldn’t find one.

“I’m not really sure where we’re gonna stay the night, girl,” she said quietly to her Nidoran. It was nearly dark, and she tensed as she thought about what happened the last time she camped out in the woods. Her lips forming a thin line, she continued walking until she saw someone pass under a streetlight.

“Hey there!” she called out, waving her free arm. She jogged over to the figure. She squinted her eyes, noticing that the player did not have the red symbol indicating a PKer, so she huffed a sigh of relief as she stopped in front of them, setting her Nidoran down next to her. “I’ve never traveled here before, but I was hoping you could tell me where I could stay the night.” she said with a smile.
