Steven Universe-Pseudomorphs?
The Rutile we saw was a twin, not just in the literal sense but the gem was in fact ‘twinned’, two crystals growing out of each other. That’s a common thing that happens in minerals/gems, another common thing that occurs that I’m curious to see in the series are pseudomorphs. Basically those are minerals/gems that grow over and mimic the shape or ‘habit’ of an entirely different mineral/gem. A common example of this is pyrite, which is commonly grown-over/’covered’ by an entirely different mineral/gem. I’m curious if that will show up, if twins do...
