HE TWIRLS THE GLASS AROUND IN TIGHT CIRCLES IN FRONT OF HIM. the liquid never spilling from the rim but he continues to challenge physics. it was far better than looking up and actually having to acknowledge his emotions. face to face. if he spoke the words to the glass than he can pretend no one is listening. ❝ and maybe that’s enough reason to build up walls and prevent yourself from getting hurt like that again in the future. ❞

demigod au where danny is a son of apollo, because obviously, and they meet when they’re coincidentally in the same area when a monster comes up and they’re both like oh they’re here for me and then it’s like Wait.
au where hailey doesn’t die so danny goes to college and he ends up studying abroad for a year in paris after they break up in his junior year. he almost drops out right there because he only went for her, but he ends up staying and just decides to spend his last year doing something a little more wild so he leaves. he manages to book a few solo gigs while he’s there, and ends up working part time as a musician in a few nice restaurants. he and clarisse either meet because he stands out as being exhaustingly american wherever he is or they have a dumb classic intro. or maybe they know someone in common and so when he’s going to paris they’re like oh you should meet up with clarisse and they tell her the same while he’s there.
spook! is doing a bit more of an elaborate music video that has come solid choreography in and maybe the director knows her or maybe she was just looking for a choreography gig but they book her to help choreograph. and they end up just spending a lot of time together between rehearsals and filming and they either become ✨✨ friends ✨✨ or more or maybe in between. but he invites her to their next shows and always offers her backstage passes for them and any friends if she wants them. i think it would be fun if she brought someone once that seemed like a ✨date✨ because that’s embarrassing for danny and i want him to be sad always.
