something that occured to me about Heinrix recently is that to most of the people he interacts with, he is ...really scary.
Like, thats an aspect that I think is often forgotten about him. romantic knight this, dog coded that, and he kind of just looks like an average white boy. add to that the fact that a lot of the interactions the RT and the retinue have with him are often humourus, they (rightfully) make a bit of fun of his stick-up-his-behind attitude. but to the average person, Heinrix is fucking terrifying. He is an agent of the Inquisition, one with a rosette at that. That little rosette lets people know he could kill them on the spot if he so chose for inconveniencing him with no consequences. And he is an Interrogator specifically. The professional torturers of the Inquisition, and a biomancer! He can (and does) inflict horrible pain with a flick of his wrist. when we first meet him, he has just finished casually torturting a room full of heretics to death, and he isn't even winded. He is so good at his job that his reputation alone gets people to break and spill information before he has to even apply his abilities. He is literally infamous as Calcazar's Best Torturer - and he knows it! He very deliberately uses his reputation to put pressure on the people he is questioning. He never screams and shouts because he knows he doesn't have to. often all it takes is a menacing look.
