♥ For a starter about my character being on the run and getting yours involved.
"You can’t get away, you devil!"
Scrambling along the streets of Lindblum, the black mage didn’t pay heed to the threats as he ran, trying to get away from the small group of thugs that had wanted to start trouble with any lone black mage roaming the street. Thankfully, no others had dared to walk here in a while, but Vivi had never followed their example. So he was unfortunately the lone mage they wanted to mess with.
When the distance between him and the thugs lengthened considerably, he tossed a glance back to see where he stood and if he could do anything. Nope, too many civilians around, someone was bound to get hurt, even with so much as a defensive spell. He hissed under his breath, making note to bring this up with Eiko whenever he had the chance.
Unfortunately, because he wasn’t looking where he was going as he was more focused on those thugs, he did not see someone had crossed his path and he let out an odd yelp as he crashed into someone else with surprising force, sending them both toppling.
He registered after a moment that he was on the ground once he snapped out of his small daze and looked to the other, an anthro. It wasn’t odd to see them walking the streets (after all, he’d seen a variety of bird, hippo, and rat anthropomorphs) but this was the first rabbit variant he had seen. And he really didn’t have time to stand around and give a full apology. Not right now, he could come back later.
"I’m sorry! I’d stick around but I have to g-"
Two?! Wonderful, they were targeting his poor victim now, too. And he couldn’t just leave the guy to face their unjustified (or maybe it was) wrath. Before he could really give the other time to appropriately gather himself, Vivi snatched his wrist and tugged him up, the dragged him along as he raced down the streets.
"Sorry to do this! I’ll explain when this mess is over!" He threw back to his temporary companion apologetically.
