Ingredients: 1 cup natural peanut butter. 1/2 cup coconut oil. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/4 cup low-carb vanilla protein powder. 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of a square baking dish. Put peanut butter and coconut oil in a bowl that can go in the microwave. In 30-second intervals, stir the mixture in the microwave until it melts. Mix in the salt, erythritol, vanilla extract, almond milk, and protein powder. Mix everything together until it's smooth. Put the mix into the baking dish that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Put it in the freezer for one to two hours, or until it sets. If it's not frozen yet, take it out and cut it into little squares. Keep in the fridge or freezer in a container that won't let air in.
