The Identity V design of the day is:

Prospector: Brownstone (C-Tier)!

Rhyolite (STILL basically Infernal Sin, will just refer to him as Rhyo when talking about this eeearly point in the timeline) had unveiled Wanderer as he slept on the bed, he wished to see his face much clearer. In turn, it made the vampire snap.

For the little moments when he was graced to see Wanderer was when he was meters away atop a balcony, by an arched window, barely even seeing his face that was already hidden by the veil.

Which was blasphemous. To unveil oneself, or to be unveiled was to discard of the covenant's protection.

Wanderer had only agreed to go along with Rhyolite with his almost disappointing attempt at apparently a kidnapping? as he found it so hilarious he couldn't help but indulge in the foolishness. It was funny, truly it was. He even found himself passed out cold on the bed where the man had led him to.

Rhyo had long taken a liking to the vampire from the very moment he heard the calming singing from his voice through the very same windows. He had yearned for the vampire, way beyond his voice, that much he knew, that much he wanted to be able to grasp in his hands completely.

Rhyo did keep to himself for as long as he could, looking only at the vampire as much as he always showed. But it could only take so long until his hand inched close to Wanderer. Softly he held the thin fabric between his fingers and slowly, as much as his little patience allowed him, lifted the fabric over the man's face. Wanderer's beauty was a sight to behold, that much he expected.

Unfortunately, it wasn't long until Wanderer stirred awake, basically catching Rhyo in the act. Realizing this, he drags Rhyo down with him with all of his strength. The most erratic, and otherwise not so elegant words coming out of his mouth. He had broken off from the mold that the covenant imposed on him, as well as the impression Sin initially had of him. Maybe letting himself have this. He's been good, he's been doing well, following the rules, playing the role, being one of the many dolls in the covenant's hands. He has had enough, he wanted to kill Rhyolite right then and there.

And truly. It was an amusing discovery for Rhyolite. The once poised, collected, and almost completely unbothered Wanderer lay harshly on top of him, hands barely wrapping around his neck. Intent on killing him. Does the vampire even know what he is? What he was to become? The erratic behavior seemed to have hooked him in further than he thought it would.

CavalMite debut! The first art is set preeetttyyyy long into the timeline where: Austyn (highway cavalier) had essentially—bc Austyn doesn't notice what the things he said implied btw—confessed that all these years, he did love Lucille (wolframite) beyond camaraderie in a form of a long damn ramble, as a retort to whatever Lucie said beforehand.

Austyn is asking questions left and right, just making a mess of words of himself. And in the middle of everything, Lucille, what he hears are connecting themselves and he realizes exactly what it is that Austyn is feeling, what exactly he's trying to understand. So then, mid ramble, he comes closer and pulls him into a kiss, answering Austyn's nonsensical rambles. I loved you too.

Mind you, their story goes like friends to enemies to frenemies with strange tension to... technically in the road of lovers but they haven't gone that far yet.

By this point in the timeline, Lucille essentially STILL hates Austyn for his betrayal, but he can't dismiss the fact that he does miss Austyn, despite himself. He pulls him in, kisses him, shutting Austyn up, and maybe it was for him too. After everything, all this time, if this is where we were headed from the start, why did it have to take this long? Why did it have to hurt this much?

Rhyolite as the younger, weaker, starting form of Sin... This doesn't happen in the timeline but Sin had known about Wanderer through his voice much earlier before their actual first meeting.

Now part of the lore:

Sin had escaped some kind of prison, tho I still dunno if I wanna make it that he was imprisoned because he was too strong? Did some kind of deity crime? Or was it just a really big nuisance to the world of deities?... But he does strike a deal with another god, probably, which gets him back his powers or basically made him stronger.

Even just moments before actually escaping, he's already been plotting. Though, with such a shift of energy in his system, it's natural to feel a little erratic and out of control of himself, the power literally overflows from his eye.

But a voice, echoing with song, calms him down to a much more controlled, tamed state. Now, he longs for this sweet melody every time he yearns to be calmed. Since then, he's followed this voice until he no longer really needs it. Maybe he forgot about that voice ever since he built his little empire, maybe he's always been looking for him deep down.
