I didn’t keep it around (it’s a text-heavy interactive-fiction game in Russian, which I don’t speak) but a quick look for the title “Капитан Пронин: Один против всех“ gave me this link, which seems legit: http://captain-pronin.narod.ru/igra-kapitan-pronin.html
Thanks to lanasays on tumblr, who found a higher quality version of the theme from the 1997 PC Game. I did my own complete edit of the Captain Pronin theme with a better quality and complete opening from the DVD Quality episodes floating on YouTube.
