-You guys are a really fun couple

-No one really expected it, but people adapted, you two soon became a well-known power couple

-He loves your sarcastic side, you both can never fail to make each other laugh

-He supports every one of your goals and will be the best encouraging boyfriend he can

You felt a pair of arms wrap around your waist. You laughed and put the book you were looking at back on the library shelf

“Guess who?”

“I can literally hear you voice and see your arms,” you smiled and shook your head.

“Just guess.”

“Hi George.”

“Nah it’s Fred,” the twin let go of you and stood by your side.

“Yeah of course,” you rolled your eyes.

“Well, whoever I am, I have a surprise for you,” George grinned at you.

“First of all, George I know it’s you, it’s painfully obvious. Second, what suprise?”

George let out a short laugh, “Meet me by the Black Lake in like twenty minutes, I have something planned for us.”

You looked at him in confusion, was it a prank, or something nice?

“Okay, I’ll see you there.” He smiled and walked away.

When you made your way there you scanned the area for your boyfriend. Unable to find him, you turned around and sighed.

“Hey!” you heard a voice suddenly yell, which made you jump slightly.

You were met with George standing in front of you, “This way love.”

He took your hand and walked you to a place where a simple blanket and picnic basket was laid out.

“Aw, George.. Did you set this up?” you smiled and glanced up at him.

“Yup, for my one and only,” he said, grinning.

 — He’d never spoken to Carrie before. Not out of dislike, of course, but rather because he was           incredibly awkward. Interacting with anyone would be painful at best, so he spared both of               them the trouble. With work with assigned partners, though, that was impossible, so he                     gathered his binder and stood before her desk, clearing his throat.

was she seriously holding that in her hands? a complete, finished, typed book report that he was supposed to do and sort of jokingly asked her to complete for him. this was legit the best surprise. ever.

he takes the paper in his hand, skimming over it briefly. his eyes practically scream excitement, which is what moves him to plant a quick peck on her lips. he pulls away, not giving the moment time to be awkward before stuttering for some way to make up for this surprise.
