I've been hearing from antichoicers that PP had some problems with their brand condoms (specifically the Honey Dew ones), and that they're really low quality. I know that a consumer guide did find fault with them, but the antis are spinning it that PP did it on purpose to increase demand for abortion at their clinics. I don't believe that but I can't find any press releases, etc from PP on the issue or their side of the story. Do you have any information on this?
I personally haven't heard anything about it, but I could definitely check in with the director of education at my PP to see if she knows anything. I couldn't find much in my search other than two obscure articles about a condom recall in South Africa from a few months ago.
Antis gear much of their efforts towards skewing and exaggerating facts and spinning them into something that is an unabashed lie. I feel like I don't even need to point this out because it kind of goes without saying, but with their contraception and education services, Planned Parenthood is more focused on PREVENTING the need for abortion.

Yeah, I got it. It's in my Queue and should be posted soon. Arkansas is one of those states that gets forgotten a lot. Especially when it comes to coverage on GSM, equal rights, or reproductive issues. We're pretty backwards but it doesn't get much coverage.
