As well as Crafters, Seamstresses, Jewelry-Makers, & every other sort of artist.
My friend and I are discussing starting a project, which I won’t get into yet, but I thought I might reach out on Tumblr and see who might be interested in contributing.
The main focus of our eventual project will be something I’m tentatively calling “Love Potion (for) No. 1″.
It would be an opt-in program where people could sign up for a free postcard-thing mailed to them every month.
Each “postcard” would be featuring the work of a different artist (and/or eventually different works by past & known artists),
But always with a focus on positivity, self-love, mental health, reminders of positive traits, etc.
Maybe, if we could raise enough $, we could do free yearly calendars, too —for LPN1 Members of, say, a year or more. Like, 18in x 24in (45.72cm x 60.96cm), poster-style calendars; so, they’d get a face-full of positivity every time they looked at their wall. But that would be quite a bit in the future.
Currently, I’m just hoping people interested in joining this collaborative support system will contact me.
