So, nobody in the lab questioned how the creature they were supposed to train to climb walls was allowed to get super fat and apparently managed that on tasteless jelly?
That place was a mess in more ways than one
Finished reading the two books of the Projects series by Jude Austin a few days go and I want ten more and where's the fandom at?!
I shall have to shout into the void
I wanna marry Alan and adopt both the kids (or all three, unless that's a red herring after all), we can live in a treehouse
The following is a message from Nástio Mosquito. Turn on your sound! Projects 104: Nástio Mosquito, on view through October 30, investigates the act and effects of appropriation. Mosquito’s new work Respectable Thief comprises several elements: a live performance; a single-channel video installation; and interventions into the digital display monitors in our lobbies, the audio tour for kids, and our social media channels. Now on view, Projects 102: Neïl Beloufa is the artist's first solo New York museum exhibition. Created especially for this exhibition, The Colonies (2016) was made by hand, using inexpensive construction materials and techniques. The video at the center of the installation features a group of people in an unnamed city enthusiastically describing their experience there. Beloufa often works collaboratively, and in this instance he teamed up with actors to generate scripts that imitate popular forms like infomercials and science fiction. Â
