Thank you again b-baka-2204~ it’s very appreciated. I have a full cast but I’ll narrow it down to my very first one (Ayla Rualdin), as that is one of the questions anyways.2) Most prominent features? Throughout all the redesigns I’ve managed to keep one or two. One of them being the hairstyle. Ayla’s done up into a ponytail most of the time, but throughout a few scenes she wears it down, where it reaches just beneath the shoulder blades. One constant design change is the look of the rapier. It was a greatsword at one point.3) Your very first OC?This would be Ayla Rualdin, who I’ll talk about throughout this. I actually came up with the cast all together at the same time, but this was the one I had the most ideas for, so she was developed faster I suppose.
9) A weird quirk?I don’t have one, but I’ll think about it now aha.
17) Goals or ambitionHmm. The overarching goal in Gates, and the goal that all characters share, is trying to figure out why [certain events] occurred and, y’know, finding the big baddie. Each character has their own drive; Ayla’s being that she’s more or less forced to participate.
20) Does your OC have a motto?This is another one I don’t have. I suppose I could quote her battle quotes?

I was gonna write up a changelog for Gates but eh, maybe when I actually sit down and work on it for longer than a few hours every other week.
GotW - Update I
It's been on hold for the better part of September but I'm slowly forcing myself to do a little here and there. The battle system for the most part will do for now although I do still plan to overhaul it eventually probably when I have something to show in terms of a short gameplay demo

I'm thinking of just going SquareEnix on GotW and scrapping a ton of content, and just recoding most of the game. The long development pauses aren't good for me when I'm trying to fix code and I can barely remember the scripts.
Back to the drawing board! I'll also try and post the updates more often as I go along. That being said, I don't have tons of spare time so don't expect anything frequent.
