(OOC): Everyone I want to introduce you to Dr. Jacob Baldman, head of PRIMAL project and the scientist working for the government to produce human weapons, (as well as a few other side projects, like PRIMAL:NIGHTMARE) This man believes torture is part of the scientific method and doesn’t like to use sedatives, as the screams “are music”. He wants the girls back and Anaki dead. He is a cruel and mad man, but charismatic has all get out. He wants to break Yui and very well maybe Valerie’s birth father.
I may eventually let him answer asks, I’m not sure yet. But he’s here! Yay?
