So I really like your character "Mother Void" and I am curious
What is "The Threads Woven" about? How is Mother Void important to your story? :0
HIII HELLO okay . so i hope you’re good with a ramble because TTW is my baby and i love talking about it /silly some of this is subject to change but most of it is locked in The Threads Woven is at its most basic- the multiverse that connects all my stories. It’s an unknown size (although most likely HUGE), and by traveling throughout it you can reach anyone and anywhere from a story that’s been made :] It’s in a sort of spiderweb-net shape, spiraling inwards to a center point (a place called Etherspace, where my sona and a few other guys like [NULL ENTITY], [TINT], [LYNE], and [SHADE] are) with each spot where the net ‘crosses’ being a ‘harbor world’ (like a multiversal hub) and any other possible point being a normal world or story. Any story that knows about the existence of the rest of the Threads and or the Writers and Narrators is referred to an ‘open’ world and anything unaware or only theorizing is a ‘closed’ one. There’s all sorts of locations and special places that I won’t go over for both time’s sake and for spoilers LMAO but anyways- moving on. There’s multiple entities that exist in the worlds- things like gods, normal individuals- anything you’d find in a story. However once you go beyond a basic story you find even more powerful beings- Narrators are an example of one, although they’re more messengers than really powerful. They also work quite differently than typical narrators, although that’s another post LOL Then there’s the Writer- there’s only one tending to the Threads at present, [VOID] (or me :DD). She’s the in-character variation however- Fucking with the fourth wall but also, shes got her own backstory and whatnot. Then, there are the Concepts- these are essentially the gods above gods, the ones that define the fundamental parts of reality. Where gods are specific parts of something, concepts are the overarching theme; ex Ephrem in Reciprocity is the deity of luck, however Alwyss in TTW is the Concept of Chance. There are other Concepts but they’re a bit difficult to come up with.. the ones so far are- Alwyss - Concept of Chance Aratua - Concept of Emptiness/Nothingness Anaki - Concept of Communication Michanikós - Concept of Knowledge Aursui, Miracalis, and Iecon - Concepts of Gravity, Electromagnetism, and Inertia respectively Concepts are always referred to with a capital C- seperated from concepts general. And finally- of the ones I’m going to talk about, are the High Concepts. These are the three fundamental forces that originally shaped the Threads as they are today. They represent the beginning, middle, and end- however oddly enough, the End has been missing for as long as anyone can remember. The first two are Mother Void, and Ma’Pa Sun. They’re… close, but not necessarily romantic partners, more choosing to create children together rarely, usually preferring to keep their creation to themselves. They are often pictured together, however- and while their relationship is ultimately unknown, it is presumed to be close. Their only child they’ve created together is Irolosché, the Unbound Angel. Despite being titled ‘Mother’ and ‘Pa’ both of them use any gender or title. Not much is known about the third High Concepts, however. Oddly enough, nobody can even remember what they looked like. ….Not even the other two High Concepts themselves.

So, I just finished reading Anne Karenine by Tolstoy and she kinda reminded me of Anakin Skywalker...?
Ofc they are as different as XIX century classic and our beloved star wars can be, but there are two huge similarities between them: fear of abondement and unstable nature.
Firsty, Anne almost all the time experiences mood swings; at one time she's happy, at other she's angry, at one time she accuses Vronsky of hurting her, at other she puts all the blame on herself. She experiences all emotions - happiness, desolation, rage - with great intensity which can't be calmed down.
And Anakin, similarly, can never get peace with his own feelings and wants. He desires power - but at the same time he's terrified of not being good enough; he is furious at Obi-Wan for his criticism - but he wants his praises. Their personalities are made of paraxes and emotions felt too strong and that brings them down. It is often said that Anakin had BPD, but so probably had Anne.
Secondly, Anne Karenine is terrified of being deserted. Her jealousy of Vronsky reaching alomst ridicuolus levels shows how deep rooted this fear is within her and how poorly she can cope with it. She sacrifices all her energy to keep her beloved man by her side - and doesn't realise that this paranoia inadvertently puts them apart.
And the same thing is with Anakin who will do everything not to lose his loved ones. They're both so attached to their loved ones that they would do anything to keep them by their side. And yet, this is what ultimately brings their failure - Anne's relationship with Vronsky becomes spoiled because of her jealousy, Anakin loses Padme because he tried to save her. They care too much and this is the reason of their downfall.
At the end of the book, when Anne loses her senses, she both hates and loves Vronsky, unable to decide whether she wants him to suffer or be happy - and isn't it similar to Vader's attitude towards Obi-Wan too?
And Vronsky, on the other hand, still loves Anne and is devastated after her suicide - just as Obi-Wan is devastated after Anakin's fall, because when he dies, the Jedi Knight Kenobi dies too and only old man Ben is born in his place.
@hy4c1nthh I did it!! I suck at drawing arms but figured I do it today than to inevitably forget to-
