This is a cabinet report spreadsheet that was created for the shop floor in a way to communicate with the office when there was a manufacturing error on the floor either from the machine or programmer. This was enacted after people would complain to the managers, but not informing the programmers of the issue. So tracking issues and creating a history, we resolved and cleaned up loose ends of the processing system.
