I made a video rec'ing this book and then realized I haven't talked about it here yet!

Not Here to Be Liked is a YA romcom built on social issues, about a prickly, serious, intimidating girl losing an election to a guy with barely any experience and accidentally setting off a social war at school, all while being forced to work closely with her competitor and finding it harder and harder not to like him while also being terrified of what people would think if she ever actually dated him. The cast is basically all POC and it's so smart while also being super cute!
