I have anxiety and it gets worse when im at university, i forget things , i panic and everything just goes to shit.
So while ive been studying during summer i made myself a guide of everything. From the simple to the harder tasks. I

Then the second page is an example of some sections to help myself. I struggle looking at neons when panicking so ive used soft pleasing colours.
