So with Solo not doing so well at the Box-Office I’m surprised no ones pointed out the obvious reason for it: they made a film about a white man.
The last 3 SW films have all had female leads, and been billion dollar blockbusters...I mean obviously the lesson Disney should take from this is that people just aren’t interested in seeing movies starring white men.
(And if the next Star Wars movie goes all in on diversity and has an openly queer lead, it will be huge at the box office.)
