April Goals
So I'm back again. It was a crazy time these few last months. But I didn't really go that much of track, just needed time. I took up smoking again (which is bad) and cheated way more than I would want to but I'm ready to get going.
Eat clean - no cheat meals this month, wanna go sugarless for April and see what happens
Quit smoking - I think it's the thoughest one but it's also the most important one
Train on daily basis and rest plenty - this one I've had under control for a whole time but still
Stretch everyday
