February 2021 - Week #1
Hi everyone, another month, another week!
I was a little more cutesy with my theme for the February Week #1. While the weekly schedule tracker isn’t new, I put down 24 hours instead of the previous ~15 hours space. My sleep schedule is all over the place!

Two weeks of hard work culminated in my last official lab meeting for my current lab before I become a grad student! I rewarded myself with sushi from my favorite place, which has these COMICALLY enormous rolls that are so delicious!

Reached day three of consecutively writing in my Spanish journal! Only took four attempts to get here lmao
Practiced vocab for half an hour which was the target I set for myself
Added more songs to my Spanish playlist so I can learn some more once in finished with La Bien Querida!!
In other news, I also worked on my portfolio to apply to jobs and posted to my design Instagram for the first time in forever so yay!

I take a little time each Friday to tally up the hours I’ve spent doing focused work for the week. Here’s my blank setup for the past week, before I filled in the bars.
When I started doing this I was sad to learn that what felt like a full, busy week only had around 20-25 productive hours of work in it! It felt embarrassing to say I’m only 50-60% efficient with my time. But I think at this point I’ve kinda accepted it, and if my tally reaches to mid-20s in terms of total hours I feel like I deserve my weekend.
