Probably the hardest sport I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying to learn in one of Europe’s premier windsurf destinations, Costa Teguise. Give me kite surfing any day of the week, Windsurfing is another level. But when you have the ocean 100m from your front door, it’s a must to go and get salty. Great core exercise too .
