Not cishet (at least according to Hiddleston, who has said he is genderfluid, I’ve also seen a brilliant breakdown of the gender dimorphism of Asgardian armour, that came to the conclusion that Loki’s doesn’t fit into either category. Don’t remember where, unfortunately)

Chaotic neutral at worst (when not controlled by someone else, also more towards the later movies I think)
