Nolan felt a bit naked, he had the day off that didn't align with him having Riley or Wren being around. So he decided to go get a hair cut, and sit in a proper barber shop again. It was still strange experiencing new things, or rather old things that he hadn't gotten in a long time. Nolan had long hair for as long as he could have remembered but tonight? Tonight he was with short hair again, and he wasn't sure how Wren was going to react. Her mother had Riley, he was sitting at the kitchen table swirling the non-alcoholic beer around it's glass as he waited for Wren to come home. He had a few stories to tell, but more importantly he hoped she was still attracted to him.

Ben’s roommates/coworkers when he works at a gentlemen’s club in the prison verse. They take him in because he has no place to go (and they needed to fill the third bedroom in their apartment).

Patrick is 24 and moved in with Cal when he started working at the club. His dad couldn’t house him any longer when his mom became ill, and she passed away a year before Ben meets him.

Cal is 27 and was kicked out of the house by his dad for being gay, so to spite him, he started working as a dancer at a club, and later met Patrick. Despite this, he’s less open than Patrick, so he dresses less flamboyantly than his roomie tends to.
