Izumi's husband's name is officially--whether this is canon or not I do not know and do not care--Mr. Izumi, in much the same way that Hughes was Mr. Gracia.
I mean the show will probably name him at some point but I don't care, unless they call him "Mr. Izumi" it's not his real name.
(Hawkeye, however, is not Mrs. Roy, and anyone suggesting it is subject to becoming target practice.)
This is an old ask--in keeping with trying to clean out my ask box, and so I have now learned his name is Sig, but this makes him no less Mr. Izumi. Sig thinks his wife is the coolest, hottest, most amazing woman ever, which is his only problem with listening to Hughes prattle on for hours about how HIS wife is the most beautiful and amazing and talented woman ever, though Sig will concede that he might be right about Gracia's cooking, given that Sig has experienced the cooking of his brilliant and gorgeous and fascinating wife and it is, let's say, he cannot let one love (Izumi) torture another love (meat)
I am, as we all know, the one lone and steadfast soldier for "Roy and Hawkeye are platonic and insane" but I also think they could absolutely get married ahaha. But in Roy's sort of, "It makes the most sense out of anything, I want to leave you everything and you're the only person I trust to make decisions for me." And functionally nothing changes but it being 1915, she's basically cornered into becoming Riza Mustang, and roughly 90% of the time Roy just calls her Hawkeye, but when he wants to get her attention and/or annoy her it's "Mrs. Mustang, would you please join me in the living room?" "Mrs. Mustang, do we have any of that fancy mustard left?" and she contemplates how fascinating it will be to describe herself as a widow.
