A cute detail I like in the Hidden Inventory arc is how Shoko would steal / Satoru would lend her his glasses. I don't think Shoko necessarily has a sadistic streak, but in my head she strips him off that comfort (and he lets her anyway) because she likes to see the toll that Six Eyes has on him. Morbid curiosity perhaps(?) It's the same way she likes how Infinity takes a toll on him. Chronic migraines and brain fatigue and all that fun stuff that he has to deal with. Especially prior to learning RCT since he couldn't fix his brain. Like. At all. I wonder if Shoko ever offered to try, and would he even allow her to...? His feelings on RCT being so easy for her seem fun to explore considering he himself learned it near-death... And even after learning RCT he's still so reckless with it since he likes the feeling of his brain in shambles. She likes it too though. It works out for the both of them.

thinking about shoko and self harm is very interesting because i think she's very apathetic to it just like gojo is. I also kind of think because RCT is her main and only technique shoko would have very very high pain threshold. which makes me want to put satoru and shoko in the same room as one of them is doing passive self harm without even noticing it.
