This card is probably the worst rare to come out of the Battle for Zendikar set, and I’m one to agree for the most part.  Five mana allows you to tap a creature five times, and a WUBRG cost allows you to Scry 3, which is pretty deep for modern magic cards.  The story behind this card is a little more interesting, because back before the card was printed, that WUBRG cost was originally to return it to its owners hand.  With that wording, the card was an absolute beatdown against creature based decks, and would have probably been a commander staple.  For now though, it’s niche and not strong enough in WUBRG decks for the most part, but I love to be proven wrong.
