If witchers always know good places to eat, then Dandelion has a contact almost everywhere he goes.

Geralt sneaks him into Corvo Bianco (the Duchess knows Dandelion is is Toussaint. As long as he stay’s on Geralt’s property, his presence is helpfully ignored)

 is not allowed to be with Ciri unsupervised because the trouble those two can get into is exponentially worse than Dandelion and Geralt.

He and Yen have a silent agreement to pretend to hate each other.

still has days when he wakes up wondering why the hell Geralt is his friend
