#flashbackfriday to Fanime2008: Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles ✨✨✨ This year marks my 10th anniversary of cosplaying, so to celebrate I decided to share photos from over the years that I’ve been doing this. Ten years ago was my very first Fanime—Fanime08. Fanime18 is just around the corner and it’s so wild to see how far i’ve come from buying costumes to making my own; from the friendships that were forged at that first con and the ones that came after. The top middle photo is the first time @shakespearasaurus and I met. I made a lot of amazing friends that first fanime— @miradored @jamescmcneill @natahime_ all of whom have blessed my life and been such great friends, and even though i don’t always get to see them and am terrible at staying in touch i am so grateful to have met them 10 years ago. It’s wild to think that these photos are now ten years old, and even though I haven’t cosplayed as Sakura-hime since 2012 she holds a special place in my heart.
