Fethry does not give three ducks about where he is, he is pan af and he is proud. At this point, maybe they ain't super close or anything, but this time they become a lot closer. Granny duck (best translation I could find) asks him to take Fethry out to see the area (prolly so she can surprise them w pie when they come back). He takes Fethry to the local watering hole, where luckily there aren't a lot of peeps. They then have a looong talk about gender and sexuality and all that good junk.

this is honestly so valid. I live in a conservative state and, while my parents are super accepting and liberal, i didn't really know about a lot of that stuff/what i did l know was bad bc of a lot of the community around me. once i grew up and became more knowledgeable on lgbt people and issues and really discovered myself was when i started identifying i was lgbt!!! So i actually really relate to this ask.
