Night class ( вечерний класс) 3 times through barre to center ( for cardio ) People ask how I try to stay in shape when I have a lull in shows. My answer is a) two classes plus a day b) the gym 3-4 times a week c) a good book ... It's hard to stay positive but don't be afraid to hide your frustration in the search for a perfect book.
