Enjoy these tasty keto baked chocolate donuts that are low in carbs, primal, and grains. Great for satisfying your sweet tooth while staying on the ketogenic diet.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 tbsp melted coconut oil. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Sugar-free chocolate chips optional, for topping.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a donut pan. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. If desired, melt some sugar-free chocolate chips and drizzle over the cooled donuts for extra decadence.
