Ketchup is probably the most well-known and loved condiment in the world, but unfortunately for us on the keto diet, it's not something we can blindly enjoy. There's usually too much added sugar in normal ketchup, which, if you know keto basics, is a big no-no. 

But, like with most things, there is a keto alternative to our issue. Today, I have chosen to write about Primal Kitchen's Organic Unsweetened Ketchup. It's basically just like regular ketchup, but if you like the condiment on the more sour side of things, this is definitely for you. It has a very tangy and sour taste but nothing too overbearing. As the name suggests, it's unsweetened, meaning it doesn't contain any sugar substitutes like erythritol in the ingredients. Despite not having any hints of sweetness though, it's still very versatile and won't ruin any of your recipes with proper balance. My dad makes the BEST sweet and sour chicken with this ketchup.

Getting into the health aspect of this product, it only has 2g of net carbs and ten calories for every serving size of 1 tablespoon. And finally, the icing on the cake for this product is that it's also vegan, gluten-free, and great for the paleo diet.
