Sorry for the delay on the 6 days post. From here on, I'll try to get them out on the day they are supposed to!

I couldn't look through all my OCs to remember if I had ever made a gay couple (I think I had, but I couldn't find them at the moment), so I picked one of my favorite gay ships instead! PAYJAY FOR THE WIN!

Day 1: Coming out story!

So, I don’t think I’ve ever really truly come out. I’ve never really had to. But I’ve also never hidden myself. I’ve never, like, changed pronouns when talking about a crush. I’ve never faked liking a guy. I’ve never been coy about liking a woman. I’ve just always been this way. But here I am now; I’m gay, everyone. So, so gay.

(You guys here in Tumblr don't know these guys, but these are Lunchbot and King Kong!)

Lunchbot (or Lunchbox, either works fine) is a cooking robot (she/they) built by King Kong. I know she looks more like a first aid kit (there's a reason for that, which is a story for another day, nothing serious), but she is a very skilled AI chef who cares about those around her, specially her dad.

(In the original storyline I had planned for these two, she slowly grows beyond her programming and in some form gains a soul of her own while remaining a machine)

King Kong is Lunchbot's dad (he/him). He is... Well, a king kong, which is a peruvian dessert (he is peruvian, and the same logic applies to his creation). He is very compassionate, kind, and smart. He built Lunchbot inspired by his beloved cousin, Alfajor, who taught him how to cook most of the stuff he knows how to prepare.

In the original storyline I wrote, King Kong initially rejects the idea of being her dad, and asks her to just call him by his name, but eventually begins to have an actual soft spot for her as family, and accepts his role as his dad beyond just being her creator.

So yeah, they really love each other a lot!

Oh, yeah, we're real close to Pride. I was gonna post this yesterday as well. Currently I'm working on the next Pride countdown posts, sorry for being late!
