JOB OVERVIEW An exciting opportunity has arisen within EMEIA FS Finance team for an Account Commercial Support Executive. The primary focus will be supporting 1-2 of their largest accounts as part of the Global Accounts Finance team. The team's goal is to provide support to an account team to ensure optimal commercial outcomes through the sales and engagement lifecycle. Objectives are to: âºWork closely with the account team to provide an overall commercial picture, issues for management attention and action agenda âºCreate clarity around the commercial profit drivers for the account and its major engagements âºEnsure effective & efficient contract management âºHave robust and disciplined financial & operational processes that support margin drivers The role will require strong analytical and Excel skills to help produce, analyse and evaluate financial data. The role will also require proven problem solving skills within tight deadlines. An important part of the role will be verbal and written communication to senior stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES âºMonitoring margin drivers âºSupport the contract management activities of engagements âºLead monthly billing processes including preparation, QA and internal confirmations - and being point contact between the company and client for approvals and invoice issuance/debtor collection âºMonitoring working capital management âºResolve day to day commercial issues raised by the client support team, engagement managers / partners and other stakeholders âºPrepare relevant management information âºWork with closely with account team across the globe, as well as potentially developing relationships with client procurement and finance teams. Additionally, you will support the provision of analysis and advice at an overall account level, including: âºProviding structured and ad hoc reporting and analysis on margin performance âºProviding financial / pricing support on proposals for new projects and other commercial negotiations âºSupporting the design, implementation and maintenance of commercial control processes There are strong opportunities for role progression and increased responsibility for candidates who demonstrate potential and the desire to continually learn and develop.
