My story asks the question: if everything is perfect, why change it?
Because there is no such thing as perfect. If someone says it is, something is deeply wrong somewhere.... an earthly --or other-earthly-- utopia cannot exist, there is something left out... the perfect system actually is paradoxically imperfect, allowing for human imperfections, growth, change... the Other never stamped out but a never-ending conversation.... arriving at static Perfection is just an excuse for certain powers that be to control someone for their own purposes.
