Ingredients: 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1 cup broken pretzel pieces. 1/2 cup chopped peanuts. 1/4 cup unsalted butter.
Instructions: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips and half of the butter in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth. Spread the melted semisweet chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, creating an even layer. In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and the remaining butter in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the semisweet chocolate layer in a decorative pattern. Sprinkle mini marshmallows, broken pretzel pieces, and chopped peanuts evenly over the chocolate layers. Gently press down on the toppings to ensure they stick to the chocolate. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour or until the bark is firm.
