1)      What is your favorite book/series?

I’m not sure I have a favorite.  I do particularly enjoy The Great Book of Amber which is the books in the Chronicles of Amber series, Roger Zelazny.  Also was rather fond of The Cat Who … series by Lilian Jackson Braun and the Dog Lover’s Mysteries series by Susan Conant

  2)      Milk or dark chocolate?

Can I answer both?  I like them both, dangit.  (but if pressed, I’ll usually go with milk chocolate, just because it seems like there are more things out there that are made with it)

  3)      If you could change your name to anything you wanted, what would it be?

I’ve always been partial to the name Regan, and I have no idea why (which is why I have a Regan Cousland, Regan Shepard, Regan (in Knights of the Old Republic), & Regan Trevelyan – all female), so probably that.  

  4)      (if you’re an only child) Do you wish you had siblings?  (If you have siblings) Do you with you were an only child?

Oh, Maker, yes.  Don’t get me wrong, I love my brothers, but … there are days I REALLY wish I was the only child.

  5)      What was the last show/concert you went to?

Um … The last show that sticks out in my head is Robin Williams’ Weapons of Self Destruction tour.  If this was the end of June, I could say Weird Al, since I’ll be going to see him when he’s in town.

  6)      Do you sports?

I used to play volleyball & basketball.  Now, I’ll watch major league baseball occasionally & we have a Sunday game ticket package to the local minor league team (Cubs fan, so I’m used to disappointment.  The local team is the farm team for the Reds), nfl & college football (Bears fan, and I’ll support both big local teams – UofL & UK), and college basketball (during March Madness only, really.  Again, go local teams!)

  7)      What is your favorite thing about yourself?

My inability to give a short answer to anything.  O=)  (ooh, look, a short answer)

  8)      What was your favorite childhood movie?

I had several, growing up.  Flight of Dragons, The Last Unicorn, The Hobbit (are we noticing a trend here?).  The Muppet Movie.  Transformers, the Movie (the 1980’s cartoon movie.  Sat in the front row in the theater, got a crick in my neck from watching it.  It was awesome)

  9)      What’s your sign?

Sun sign is Virgo.  Someone once told me my moon sign is Pisces (which is kind of funny, considering my son’s sun sign is Pisces)

  10)   Do you feel like horoscopes are right about your sign?

The daily horoscopes, not really.  The description of my sign, on the other hand, is far more accurate than I’d like.  (Used to have a nightgown w/Garfield on it that read: “Discriminating, finicky, very meticulous and analytical.  Simply stated – a picky worry-wart”. 

  11)   How are you today?

I’m … Ok.  The training class I’m in cancelled for today (their training materials apparently were all incorrect & needed to be fixed).  It’s Mother’s Day this Sunday, and I have a crap-ton of cleaning to do ….  Wait, maybe I’m not OK?  O.o
