I was tagged by @reellifejaneway2 for this. Â Lots of the answers will be lame; Iâm sorry. Â (Sorry it's taken me so long)
Countries Iâve Lived In: Â United States. Â (See? Â I told you; I'm lame)
Favorite Fandom: Â I've met the most amazing people via the Bioware fandom as a whole (I can't pick between a specific subset of Bioware because ... I just can't), so I have to give it the title of favorite, even though there is an insane amount of drama all over the place.
Languages you Speak: Â English. Â I can muddle my way through a little bit of Spanish, but I cannot say I speak it. Â (Yet another example of my lameness. Â I NEED to get better and expand my horizons)
Favorite Film of 2015: Â Probably Star Wars: The Force Awakens, though simply because Spawn loves it so much, I'm gonna add Jurassic World too.
Last Article You Read: Um ... Can't recall exactly. Â Something about Trump basically becoming the Republican nominee (WhIch scares the you-know-what out of me)
Shuffle your song library and put the first three titles here:
Last Thing You Bought Online: Â Um ... I can't actually remember. Â I don't shop a lot in general.
Last Person You Dreamed Of: Â I ... don't know if I want to admit who exactly it was. Â Let's just say it's a person I have been close to, choosing to leave my circle of contacts in a less than lovely manner.
Any Phobias. Â Not sure if it's a real phobia, but I'm scared to death to get up and speak in front of people. Â Being alone ... like ALONE alone.
How Would Your Friends Describe You: Â I'm not sure, honestly. Â I'm sure some would have nice things to say. Â I'm a good listener, I make them laugh .... Â I have no earthly idea.
How Would Your Enemies Describe You: Â I have no earthly idea. Â It would be something unflattering that I cannot put in the body of an email I am currently using to mock this up. Â I'm hardheaded, unmotivated at times. Â I can have unrealistic expectations of people ...
Would you take a bullet for someone: Â Depends on who it is. Â The people I am extremely close to, definitely. Â Random strangers? Â Probably not. Â The people who fall somewhere in between, it would really depend on the situation.
If you had money to spare, what would you buy first: Â How much spare is spare? Â Are we talking $20/$30? Â Or something more substantial?
And I shall tag the following (please donât feel obligated. Â This is just for when/if you get bored)

I was tagged by the awesome @sarcasmfish to fill this out! There are some I could not come up with 4 for. Â I have failed. Â :( Â Â Â Â Â (sorry it took me so long)
Four things people call me:
Tymber, Mama, Wif, Spawn's Mom
Four jobs Iâve had:
After-School-Care staff, Deli-counter staff, Shift manager @a video store (that went through several owners/name changes during my tenure - I spent 7 years there between full & Part time), and Copy-Goddess (OK; I ran a quarter-million dollar copy machine for a while. Â I kind of miss it)
Four movies Iâve watched more than once:
The entire Jurassic Park/World series, The Princess Bride, Star Wars, The Last Unicorn
Four books I recommend:
The Great Book of Amber by Roger Zelazny (it includes most, if not all, the Amber series; can be a little confusing if you're not paying attention), LotR (I think it's better than the movie, though the movie IS nice), The Cat Who series, by Lillian Jackson Braun (this used to be one of my absolute favorite series to read ... when I had lots of time), and A Dog Lover's Mystery series, by Susan Conant (another series that I loved reading. Â I actually miss reading these, but I have no time anymore :( )
Four places Iâve lived:
Nowhere outside of Kentucky. Â I lived in Murray, KY while I was at school there, and three or four different houses/apartments in Louisville, KY, but that's it.
Four places Iâve been:
Orlando, Florida
Flagstaff, Arizona
Thousand Oaks/Los Angeles, California
Rochester, New York
Four foods I donât eat:
Brussel Sprouts, Cauliflower, mushrooms, peppers
Four TV shows I watch:
I don't watch a lot of TV now necessarily, unless I'm watching it with spawn. Â We'll watch Rescue Bots and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Â I'm currently binge-watching Supernatural finally on Netflix (I blame @cullenstairshenanigans) and I'm going to count a twitch/youtube thing ... Critical Role (seriously, if you haven't watched this, you really should check it out)
Four things Iâm looking forward to this year:
Magic City Con (Holy carp, only a month left! Â I get to see so many awesome people), Uncharted 4, getting mom and dad's bathroom finished (I'm painting the thing now that they've had it remodeled, and I have ... plans ... for it), and ... possibly getting to meet Invader Zim and Gir at Dragon Con.
Four things I say a lot:
Is it nap time yet?
No; just ... no.
Seriously; stop that.
Oh for the love of the Maker ...
And I suppose I'll tag ...

when you play rpg-style games (DA, fallout) do you generally use the same names for your characters or do you change it up? for instance, I have a habit of naming each of my first fem characters "Geffina".
99.9999% of the time, my first (almost always my canon) character is named Regan. (Regan/Revan in KoTOR, Regan Shepard in ME 1 - 3, Regan Cousland in DA:O, Regan Trevelyan in DA:I, Regan as my SS in Fallout 4). The only one I didnât name Regan is my DA2 character, but sheâs gone through a few name changes (right now, Iâm settled on Ruari, but that may change too), and it might be because i just donât feel quite as attached to her as the others, and I have no idea why.Â
13- What is your OCs earliest memory?, 29- Can your OC swim?, 46-Is your OC loyal? for Regan Cousland please. :)
#13: The earliest thing she admits to remembering is begging her father to let her train with Fergus. Â She could barely walk or speak in complete sentences, but she really wanted to be able to swing a blade like her big brother
#29: She can ⌠mostly.  No one would mistake her for a mermaid, but she can swim.Â
#46: Fiercely loyal to those she feels have earned it. Â But sheâs not loyal to the point of blindness. Â Except possibly when it comes to Alistair and Fergus. Â She has an unwavering sense of loyalty to them both.
Regan Cousland - âba-riâ.  She was trying to say âmabariâ and it came out a little ⌠chopped up.  Eleanor had been hoping for the more traditional âmamaâ or some such, but with the castle bustling about the birth of a litter of mabari pups ⌠well, it was a losing battle (one of the pups that were born around this time was the eventual sire for Reganâs own Jasper)
Regan Trevelyan - âTâstanâ. Â It came as no real shock when her first word was the closest pronunciation of her twinâs name she could manage (conversely, Tristanâs first word was âRâganâ.)
Regan Shepard - âPapaâ. Â She was always just slightly more fond of her father, evidenced by the fact that her first word was what she called him. Â Soon after came âmamaâ.
#38 Does your OC have any pets?
Regan Cousland - Until his passing during her quest for the cure to  the taint, she had her faithful mabari, Jasper.  Once she returns, she sets about raising and training litters from Jasperâs offspring, eventually finding one that imprints on her again.Â
Regan Trevelyan - She has the horses (and other mounts) in the stables. Â She wants a mabari; she was always a little jealous of the Couslandsâ mabari stock, and eventually managed to convince her childhood friend to give her one to go along with Cullenâs pup
Regan Shepard - Growing up, she had a dog. Â On the Normandy, she had her fish (which she could not keep alive until she found that fish-feeding AI) and a space hamster, which she adored
#24 What does your OC smell like?
Regan Cousland - Before the blight, she preferred a very subtle scent, just barely enough to even vaguely notice. Â During and after the blight (more specifically, after Alistair gives her the rose), she shifted to a more floral scent, heavily leaning toward rose.
Regan Trevelyan - It has been one of her favorite scents since her sister let her try it out. Â She loves wearing things scented with lavender, and delights when she can actually take a bath with lavender scented oils
Regan Shepard - She smells like fresh-cut grass.  Donât ask where she got whatever concoction she uses to make her soaps smell like that, but it reminds her of the colony ⌠one of the only things that reminds her of home in a good way.  (And it doesnât hurt that Kaidan loves the smell too)

Yay. More chances to talk about my Hawke :) THank you so much for asking.
Other questions can be found here
3) Are they open about their relationship? How do they feel about public displays of affection? Not at first, no. Â Ruari tells one person about the night Fenris walked out, and sheâs not entirely sure it was a confession, or just the need to talk to someone she could trust to keep their mouth shut and not treat Fenris, or her, any different. Â But she told Sebastian. Â Fenris never mentioned it to anyone. Â As the three years passed, she eventually told Varric and Aveline, but she still kept it from some members of their group, for various reasons. Â When they finally talk about that night, and make it clear that the only person either wants is the other, they are a bit less guarded about it. Â They donât make a huge production of it, but they donât actively hide their relationship either.Â
Ruari is more comfortable with being affectionate in public, at first. Â Fenris just isnât used to such things. Â But he slowly starts to enjoy being on the receiving end of the hand-holding, and public hugging and *gasp* kissing where their friends can see. Â They just do their best to ignore Isabela & Varricâs cat-calling, and Andersâ near constant groaning at the sight.
4) First impression of each other? Was it love at first sight? Not ⌠really.  Ruari could appreciate Fenrisâ finer qualities on sight, but she certainly wouldnât call it love.  Fenris was intrigued by the woman who had fought her way through a surprise attack by several of Danariusâ hunters and who was willing to face slavers for someone she just met, but he wouldnât say it was love either.  It took a while for them to grow on each other, but bit by bit ⌠after many conversations, they grew to love each other.
8) What do the like best about their partner?Fenris adores her willingness to help, even total strangers.  He may complain and point out that certain instances are likely traps, or people taking advantage, but even after everything that has been thrown at her, sheâs still willing to help people.  That is such a rare thing in his experienceRegan loves that despite his obvious skill in combat, and staying alive in general, he is actually willing to admit he needs help.  First with the slavers, and even going so far as to deal with more ⌠personal things, like reading.  (And ⌠shhh⌠she absolutely adores his voice.  When he says her name, she just about melts.)
12) Is there a wedding? What was the proposal like? Any kind of honeymoon? It was just a small affair; their closest friends in the Viscountâs hall. Â With Elthina dead, Sebastian was asked to officiate. Â Aveline, Varric, Merrill, Isabella and Bethany were in attendance.Â
Ruari proposed after an extremely annoying meeting with the remaining Kirkwall nobility. Â Sheâd had four proposals from nobles who had barely given her the time of day before everything had happened, and one hadnât wanted to take no for an answer. Â So as soon as the meeting was over, she stormed over to Fenrisâ mansion (which had finally been cleaned) and asked him to marry her. Â After getting over his initial shock, he said yes and swept her off her feet.Â
Unfortunately, they didnât really have much of a honeymoon after the ceremony. Â There was far too much for them to do in Kirkwall to really think about one. Â Ruari promised Fenris they would as soon as things slowed down, and once the events of Trespasser happened, they finally got the chance to discuss one (but they havenât actually gone yet)
19) What do they fight about? What are their arguments like? How do they make up?For a while, they fought about how she handled Anders after the chantry went boom (headcanon â she planned on having a public trial after cleaning up the mess, but he slipped out in the confusion; she convinced Sebastian not to attack Kirkwall, then spent far too long hunting him down (see here)).Â
Their arguments would almost sound like normal discussions, if not for the very even, clipped tones used on both sides.  They both know yelling doesnât seem to help, and honestly, it kind of upsets Sandal (and nobody wants that) and Orana, so they just ⌠donât.  Making up usually involves one person (not always the person who was wrong; sometimes itâs just the person whoâs tired of the argument) making the otherâs favorite dinner or desert, and potentially make-up sex.
24) Any doubts about the relationshipIgnoring the three year âissueâ (where any sane person would doubt), their relationship is the one thing that Ruari has zero doubts about. Â Fenris wonders how he could have found someone like her, that treats him as an equal, but he has no doubts, especially once Danarius is gone.
26) How do their friends feel about their relationship? Their families?Merrill thinks itâs cute and she canât help but smile when she sees the two of them together.  Aveline thinks that Ruari is good for Fenris; heâs been more ⌠relaxed the longer heâs with her.  Bethany thinks itâs a little odd, but sheâs happy her sister is happy (and that Fenrisâ opinion of mages doesnât seem to extend to her).  Isabela enjoys teasing the pair, offering suggestions and occasionally angling for an invitation to join in (theyâve never accepted.  Not sure if they ever would).  Sebastian is a little concerned; he remembers what Ruari was like right after Fenris left that night.  But as long as sheâs happy, heâs content (sheâs also attempting to find him a proper princess to continue the Vael line in Starkhaven.  Itâs a really difficult task, since so few women seem to meet her standards for her friend).  Varric just keeps trying to get details for yet another story.  Itâs almost like he considers them his own personal muse.
Since Hawke and Fenris have ⌠really no family to speak of ⌠with the exception of Bethany, thereâs no one to really object or approve.
31) Do they finish each otherâs sentences? Pick up any phrases or habits from each other? Know when the other is hiding something? They never really finish each otherâs sentences, though they do often seem to know what the other is thinking. Â Itâs as simple as an exchanged look sometimes, but itâs almost as if they could read each otherâs minds.Â
Ruari starts swearing in qunlat ⌠and occasionally tevene, thanks to Fenris.  It amuses him to no end that this woman who has taught him so much could possibly learn anything from him. Â
As much as Ruari claims to be able to hide her feelings, especially when sheâs hurting, Fenris always seems to know. Â No one knows quite how he knows, but he does. Â He wonât call her out on it in public, but as soon as theyâre alone, heâs doing his best to find out whatâs wrong and how he can help.
42) Do they let each other get away with things that would normally bother them?To an extent. Â Fenrisâ distrust of mages and magic makes it hard for him to be civil when she chooses to treat the mages with more understanding and trust than he thinks they deserve (Bethany is, of course, the exception), but he trusts her and her judgment, so she gets quite a bit of leeway when anyone else would get a beating, or lose his assistance. Â
(There may be Trespasser spoilers in some of these answers ⌠I wonder if this even needs to be said, at this point?)
And this ended up being a lot longer than Iâd expected (probably partially because I couldnât pick just one pair, so I answered for 4 - Regan Cousland/Alistair, Ruari Hawke/Fenris, Regan Trevelyan/Cullen & Regan Shepard/Kaidan) (this is also why it took a couple days to respond.)
So thank you for asking :)
Other questions can be found here
1) Anything they both dread? Regan C/Alistair:
Besides the whole grey warden = death sentence in the deep roads thing?  Neither wants to see Ferelden go through another civil war over the throne.  They are well aware of the issues they will have with providing an heir and have discussed the solutions available to them, ranging from pretending Regan is pregnant until a well-compensated surrogate gives birth to having Alistair attempt to (and hopefully succeed in) impregnating someone (⌠not a mistress, exactly, because he has no feelings for her; I guess concubine would be the right term?) to simply publicly adopting a child and naming him/her heir.  None are overly well received.  (Head canon takes over and has Regan discovering a cure for the blight, and managing to get pregnant (and give birth) after Trespasser in DA:I, because Iâll admit it â I love fluffy, happy endings). Â
Ruari/Fenris:
Losing each other.  Ruari has lost everyone sheâs cared about, except Carth.  For a while, she felt like she even lost Fenris (3 years?  Really?  3 flippinâ years?).  She talks a good game ⌠says sheâs fine; she misses them, but sheâs fine.  Nothing wrong at all.  But at night, when no one else is around, Bodahn is certain he hears crying coming from her room.  He sent Orana up to check, once.  The poor girl came running back with the report that the door was locked, but sheâd never heard the mistress make those sounds before.
And Fenris?  Heâs lost his family as well, though that pretty much happened long before.  He would have sworn heâd always be alone, and been fine with that.  But meeting Hawke ⌠falling for Ruari ⌠gave him someone he didnât want to lose, someone he would fight to the death to stay beside (not that he would fight her; heâd fight anything and everything else in order to stay with her)
Regan T/Cullen: Thereâs the obvious â the effect the mark had (and still may have) on her.  Even after losing her arm, they both wonder how much time she actually has.  Solas had hinted more than once, and then come right out and said, that the mark was slowly killing her.  How much progress had it made before her arm was taken?  Did taking her arm stop the effects, or just ⌠slow it more?  Cullen worries more openly when itâs just the two of them, while Regan tries to hide her fear as much as possible because she doesnât want to worry him.  Also, thereâs the uncertainty of the effect years of lyrium use will have on Cullen in the long run.  Regan has little knowledge of the side effects (both of taking, and not taking) lyrium â only what Cullen tells her.  Cullen is aware of far more than heâs usually willing to burden her with, only explaining when some symptoms get to be too bad for even him to weather alone.
Regan S/Kaidan: Other than the prospect of the Reapers somehow managing to return, again, they try not to focus on things they might worry about.  Kaidan will always worry about Shepard, and vice-versa, but dread âŚ?  Really, the only thing Kaidan dreads is that ⌠somehow ⌠all the work Cerberus did on Shepard will have some adverse effect on her system somewhere down the road (especially after they reunite once the reapers go boom).  With limited technology, and even more limited travel options, he worries that the best medical care might not be within reach.  Of course, with Chakwas and Miranda floating around, maybe thereâs not a lot of reason for this worry.
2) Any tasks that are always left to one person?Regan C/Alistair:
If theyâre not in the castle, where they have access to actual people who know how to actually prepare food, Regan cooks. Â Alistairâs not as horrible as he would lead you to believe, but he never really learned to appreciate proper spices and flavors (growing up in a kennel probably did a lot to dull his sense of taste).Â
When the kidlets come along (twins; the only children they end up having), Alistair actually refuses to let Regan change them. Â He insists that it be his task, since there are so many things that require her presence, especially when they are infants. Â Once they are old enough that they do not require breastfeeding, he takes over any late night feedings that are required. Â
Regan also takes care of training any mabari pups that they might keep, when sheâs at the castle, at least (when sheâs not, she has a specific process written out for the kennel master to follow; and Maker help him if itâs not followed to the letter).  Alistair was so impressed with the way Jasper had behaved ⌠almost as if he could read her mind.  And while none of the pups exhibited quite the same bond with anyone that they did with her, they were some of the best-trained mabari in Ferelden.
Ruari/Fenris:
Mabari duty falls solely to Fenris.  They donât have children, just several mabari pups, and try as she might, none of them take to Hawke as well as they take to Fenris.  So it falls to him to take care of the little beasts ⌠feeding, bathing ⌠training.  Maker, are they well trained.  Theyâre almost as clever as the Ferelden royal familyâs mabari (with good reason.  At least one or two pups are from litters that came from the Couslandâs line of mabari).
Dealing with Kirkwallâs Circle, and Starkhavenâs new ruler (Sebastian), pretty much falls on Hawkeâs shoulders alone while sheâs Viscount. Â (Sebastian sorely misses Hawke as viscount once Varric takes over, and try as she might, she cannot get Varric to play nice with him. Â So after Trespasser, when Hawke finally returns to Kirkwall, with Fenris, she takes it upon herself to play liaison between Varric and Sebastian. Â As for the Circle, Fenrisâ distrust of mages as a whole (especially right after the âincidentâ involving Anders) that just his presence at the Gallows puts everyone on edge. Â Ruari either goes with just Jasper, or Varric and Jasper whenever she needs to meet with the mages (usually Bethany and a few others) Â Â
Regan T/Cullen:
They share as many duties as possible, especially after she loses her arm. (I still havenât decided if they disband the Inquisition or not.)  But Cullen does do most of the cooking, while Regan ⌠somehow ⌠takes care of the hunting (traps are your friend, and once Dagna and Sera put their heads together and come up with this snappy crossbow attachment, food doesnât stand a chance.)
Regan takes over writing to Cullenâs family, because he constantly forgets. Â She sends a short weekly update to both his family and hers (so really, whatâs one more letter when you are already writing 5?) and a longer one each month, if something major happens. Â With the increased updates, Mia can finally somewhat relax where her brother is concerned.
Cullen, if the Inquisition remains, is still in charge of training the troops, though his training methods have changed slightly, knowing what they might be up against. Â He is in frequent contact with The Iron Bull, for both information and training methods to counteract whatever an elven âgodâ might throw at them. Â If the Inquisition disbands, Cullen somehow manages to find himself training anyone in the small village they call home that asks. Â He manages to put together a surprisingly well-coordinated little militia-like group, complete with a small mabari contingent.
Regan S/Kaidan:
Kaidan cooks, whether Regan admits to liking it or not.  (In reality, Regan can cook a grand total of two meals without somehow burning things â pizza and pasta, and even then ⌠itâs a little iffy.  So to save face, Kaidan cooks, and Regan pretends to insist she could cook if heâd only let her.
Regan takes care of the little garden sheâs somehow managed to convince to grow. Â Kaidan canât figure out exactly what she does, or where she got whatever magical soil she uses, but she can manage to grow almost any vegetable known to man in the little greenhouse the pair built (using a design she remembered from her childhood)
Kaidan takes care of helping their child with homework, especially once the child starts exhibiting biotic tendencies which flare a bit out of control when she gets frustrated.  Regan has no clue what to do with a child, and while Kaidan was an only child, it seems to come naturally to him.  (he wonât admit it, but he uses his omnitool to look up anything and everything he can once they find out Shepard is pregnant, because ⌠truthfully, they didnât think it would ever happen ⌠not with everything her bodyâs gone through.
Regan teaches her how to shoot like Uncle Garrus, when sheâs old enough to hold a gun. Â Kaidanâs a little hesitant for his daughter to learn how to use a sniper rifle, but knows better to argue with his wife when she has her mind made up. Â And really, Regan was always a better shot.
3) How do they fall asleep? Wake up? Any daily rituals?Regan C/Alistair:
While sheâs gone on that crazy quest to find a cure, she sleeps with a small charcoal drawing of Alistair all but clenched in her hand. Â By the time sheâs on her way back, the charcoal has smudged to the point itâs barely recognizable as a person, with creases and areas nearly worn through, but the parchment it was done on still smells like him, so no matter what, it stays with her. Â She wakes up quickly, eager to get through another day, because the sooner she finds the cure, the sooner she can get back to him.
He sleeps with her most recent letter tucked under his pillow and the small throw pillow she had commissioned just before leaving clutched to his chest.  He sleeps fitfully, and if the pillow or letter ever falls, he shoots up in a heartbeat to retrieve them.  He just ⌠knows ⌠if theyâre missing, and he knows as long as he holds them tight, sheâs still ok, and still on her way back to him.  He wakes up groggy, as if he hasnât slept well enough, and immediately checks to make sure that the pillow and letter are with him.  He whispers a soft prayer that she makes it home safe, soon, tucks the letter under the pillow, and proceeds to get ready for his day.
When they are back together, they fall asleep clinging to each other.  Too many years apart and constantly facing death (Regan with various âadventuresâ while on her quest; Alistair while dealing with assassination attempts and Eamonâs constant badgering to at least take a mistress to produce an heir.)  The actual position may differ from night to night, but they will always be in contact ⌠at least one arm or leg draped over the other.Â
Regan wakes up first; three years of waking up early has her conditioned to be up before the sun. Â But now that sheâs home, she has no desire to get out of bed; thereâs nothing pressing enough to drag her away from her husband. Â Sheâll trace along his jaw (sheâs still enraptured by the beard heâd managed to grow while she was gone) and down his chest with her fingertips while she watches him sleep. Â Alistair wakes up far earlier than expected, but pretends to be asleep so he can watch her through barely open eyes, reassuring himself that she really is here.
Ruari/Fenris:
She canât quite convince Fenris to move in; something about him wanting a place thatâs his. Â So she doesnât press, and he chooses to spend at least two nights a week at the estate. Â When they do share a bed, they donât really cuddle. Â They sleep side by side, holding hands or possibly Fenrisâ head on Ruariâs shoulder, with Ruariâs arm around him.Â
Fenris is always the first to wake up; too many years as a slave, then on the run, has taught him to get only a few hours sleep at a time and wake immediately. Â Heâll often slip out of the bed and head to the kitchens to either fix Ruari breakfast (so they can do the whole breakfast in bed thing). Â If Orana is up and nearby, theyâll work together to make breakfast.Â
Ruari tries to put off waking up. Â She knows as soon as sheâs up and mobile, shitâs going to start happening; it always does.
Regan T/Cullen:
Once their relationship is out in the open, they spend most evenings in Reganâs chambers â the lack of hole in the ceiling is a big plus ⌠especially when the temperatures drop.  If the weatherâs nice, theyâll use Cullenâs loft so they can stare up at the stars until they pass out.  Theyâll usually fall asleep with Reganâs head on Cullenâs chest, arm draped over his stomach.  She likes listening to his heartbeat and breathing and will fall asleep quickly when heâs content.  This position also comes in handy when he has nightmares; sheâs right there and can easily sit up to talk him through whateverâs woken him up. Â
They both wake reluctantly, though Cullen is more likely to try and get out of bed before Regan.  It usually doesnât work, especially on a day that she plans on riding out for one issue or another.  She has this tendency to pull him back into bed, either for more sleep ⌠or something more active.  But work be damned when her Commander is with her.
Regan S/Kaidan: Before they reconcile after the Reapers invade, Kaidan would sleep holding onto the spare set of dog tags Shepard had made (early on, she was notorious for misplacing during showers â sheâd hang them on a hook that wasnât nearly secure enough, so half the time, theyâd fall to the floor and get kicked under the desk or get buried under clothes. Â So sheâd requested to have a second set made, and kept that one in a drawer until she needed it. Â Once she found the misplaced set, they went into the drawer to wait until they were needed. Â After she and Kaidan actually confessed how they felt (in ME1), he asked to hold onto them for her, instead of hiding them in a drawer, and she agreed; she never asked for them back). Â He would wrap the chain around his wrist and cling to the tags like his life depended on it.Â
Regan spent the entirety of her time working with (using?) Cerberus with Kaidanâs picture next to her bed.  She wouldnât go so far as to sleep with the picture, but knowing he was out there, still alive and fighting for the Alliance, helped her sleep.  Before Horizon, sheâd fall asleep with this little fantasy that she would stumble across him while on a mission and their reunion would be nothing short of perfect.  Needless to say, after Horizon, that fantasy was kind of ⌠squashed.  But even after, that picture stayed by her bedside; she wouldnât let herself believe that there was no hope for them.  She knew it was stupid, but she was hopeful.
After Kaidan returns to the Normandy and they confirm that they still want to be together, Kaidan gives up his bunk in the crew quarters (to no oneâs surprise). Â They sleep curled up together, with Shepardâs head on Kaidanâs shoulder, nuzzling just against his neck, and his arms around her. Â Her leg almost always ends up tucked comfortably between his and her hand seems to find its way into his hair more often than not. Â When her nightmares hit, he holds her, soothes her the best he can, and listens when she decides she wants to tell him about it.

Honestly, at first, she wants to beat the living shit out of Solas. When she finally comes to terms with everything and realized that Cullen is still there, with her, she is torn between wanting to just go hide somewhere with Cullen & raise a family, and doing everything she possibly can to track down and stop Solas. Of course, all of that has to wait for her to work through the whole arm-thing. It makes it rather difficult, since sheâs used to fighting as a dual-wielding rogue. (It takes some time for her to figure out what she can do, and longer for her to cope with it, even with Cullenâs help)

My favorite things about my Shep? I love the fact that she is comfortable enough in her own skin to own her faults (especially her dancing). She is comfortable being gawked at, and doesnât care if people find it ... awkward, and thatâs something I wish I could do. I love the fact that she never gave up hope ... not that things would work out with Kaidan, not that they would defeat the reapers ... no matter what fate threw at her. And I love the fact that in a moment of rebellion during her grounding her first idea was to dye her hair purple ... blatant, bright purple. As for why sheâs the best evar ... honestly, sheâs the best because she has some of the best people in the world (all the worlds) at her side. She knows theyâre one of the big reasons sheâs been able to do so much. (basically, Regan Shepard is awesome and all I wish I could be)
