Because Naruto’s v attractive and there’s probably a mix of Minato’s enemies where some would see it as a great revenge, hit on your old enemy’s kid, and others maybe had a thing for Minato at some point and this is their closest chance
And then also probably a couple in there who are just blown away by Naruto specifically and are shooting their shot cause why not
The purpose of this scenario is because I think it would be so funny if not only did their attempts to hide Naruto from Minato’s enemies not work out, but that also Naruto’s not really in any danger of them
