I made mini meatloaf last week, so this may become a thing to have. The ones last week were easy to make and lasted all week to eat. Can’t wait to try this one out tonight. I am going to pair it with broccoli, corn, and a small salad.

For the most part, I just work things out in my head then write the ‘mind prompts’ when I can.

I do have a bunch of stuff written in several word docs that very roughly ‘refresh me’ on my plans. If I come up with better or more dynamic ideas, little things can get moved or replaced, but I mostly have the biggest development points on lockdown for at least the next season and supplement(s). Things can still get moved and adapted until roughly the “next 5 entry window” where things are practically guaranteed not to change.
