When A spots the normally-upstanding B using the science labs after hours for their own project without supervision, they know they’ve stumbled onto a golden opportunity. In exchange for A not snitching about B’s dangerous personal experiments, B agrees to give A homework answers - as long as A acts as lookout while they use the lab after school.

A, a slacker, and B, the resident honors kid, get seated together during their chemistry lab. While A usually just messes around until class ended, they get a peek at some of the things B is taking notes on... and it’s definitely not the kind of chemistry they’re learning in class.
