Just a reminder for the next to weeks to take care of yourself! AP tests start tomorrow and we all know that this is a very very very stressful time of year for a lot of kids! Sooo a few reminders! 1. Sleep is way more important than last minute cramming! Get your 8 hours people!! 2. Water water water! Drink half your body weight in ounces a day! Staying hydrated will help prevent head aches and dehydration. 3. Eat a *healthy* breakfast. While donuts are the most amazing thing on this planet, they can't exactly help you with AP Chem halfway through your exam. 4. Do not be over critical! You know what you know and that is more than good enough. Props just for sitting for the test! Side note- do you really want to cram a ton of information just to forget it after the test and end up in a really hard class you're not prepared for? You're mental health is oh so much more important than any test score! 5. After school do something for yourself other than study some more. Go eat some ice cream or paint your nails or take a nice long bath. You deserve it. As my Chem teacher used to say-I would wish you all luck, but luck is for the unprepared 😊 You got this lovelies ❤
