Always remember selfcare is very important as your workouts. Lately I've been feeling a little sluggish and worse leg cramps😵 and I know what your thinking "it's a part of pregnancy" and your right it is. since I already have siatica issues before I got pregnant and I workout still teaching #Zumba and #POPPILATES 5 days a week, challenges, and yoga practices. My body has been telling me I need to slow down. I was teaching about 7 to 9 classes a week #prebump and still have a hard time slowing down. I'm just glad I found a way to help ease my cramps and soreness. I've done this routine since July of last year when my husband bought me the @vntherapy muscle soreness for my birthday!!!
