arielle nearly called her friend to cancel their brunch plans a few times that morning, when she woke up to an empty bed and realized that the first time she’d had a one night stand, they’d disappeared. she wasn’t exactly expecting them to be making her breakfast, but to wake up to nothing was a little disheartening. still, she’d been trying to hang with this friend for weeks and their schedules had only matched up today, so she dragged herself out of bed and pulled on some jeans and a t-shirt before heading out the door. if she was going to be in a bad mood, at least she could eat her weight in waffles while she did so. walking into the diner and smelling coffee, the blonde sighed happily and slid into the booth where her friend was waiting. when she realized it wasn’t just the two of them, it took her tired brain a moment to recognize who the third person as, and she laughed humorlessly. “i, uh, thought it was just gonna be us girls, i would’ve cleaned up a little more,” arielle remarked with a raised eyebrow, curious blue eyes holding the other’s gaze, though her comment was directed to her friend.

she giggles softly , watching the male as she moves her hair over her shoulder and nodding . “ i’m not messing with you , ” she speaks gently , before she gets off the sofa and makes her way over to him . arms wrap around his neck as she slowly runs her fingers through the hair at the back of his neck . “ and yes , i’m going to let you do it. i trust you , so why not ? besides , it’ll be fun . ”

"You don't have to do this, Gabby," Gabby smiled sweetly towards the shop owner. She came here every day to get fresh flowers for her tiny apartment. It wasn't much, but it always made her feel better having fresh flowers around. Waving her off, she tucked the remaining brownies back under the pastel green napkin. "One of my followers sent it to me. I really couldn't eat all of them if I wanted to, Ms. Kim." she decided to leave out the fact there were other unmentionables that accompanied the package. Reaching for her the bundle of sunflowers, Gabby waved and headed out the front door. She had only taken a few steps onto the busy sidewalk when she ran into a rigid body. Stumbling back a little, she felt strong hands reach out to her waist, stopping her from falling. It didn't save the basket of treats and her newly purchased sunflowers from tumbling to the ground. "I'm so sorry..." her sentence trailing off as she stared up into the handsome face, orbs inky black. Was he even real? "I... I... wasn't watching where I was going. Forgive me, are you alright?"

“can you stop staring--” she bites her bottom lip. “i can feel it!” she’s blushing-- furious and pink but they’re eyes on her as she bakes is disconcerting--everything about their presence is disconcerting. no matter how many times she told herself that she was imagining the way their eyes lingered on her-- her stomach wouldn’t stop flipping at the sight of them. “i’m trying to finish this cake and you’re making it impossible. go sit over there and distract passers by-- you’re so pretty maybe they’ll come in and buy something--” the comment slips out--and it makes her blush deepen. she covers her embarrassment with a cough. “shoo!”

she’s high-- on life-- on the buzz from the lines she’d done in the bathroom-- on the way that everything sparkles when they’re near her. everything is brighter somehow when they’re in the room, and it makes legs reckless. has her pressing her mouth against theirs in heady kisses as bodies sway around them. she can feel the base of the beat, the way the music slips and slides into her blood stream--but mostly-- her world is made up of the sensation of their tongue, slipping her mouth--and tasting her. she’s wet-- in seconds and worried about the state of her dress. too flimsy to disguise anything even if she had been wearing underwear. “you’re playing with fire babe-- “ but then again--so is she.
