When you think Grime, what comes to mind?

Eskimo Dance, Deja Vu FM , Wiley, East London, 140bpm Logan Sama on Kiss, reloads on a set, etc?

This week's #TBT is 'Practice Hours DVD'. For me, this goes down in the capsule as part of the fabric of Grime. The DVD, very much like 'Risky Roads', gave the stars and the highly rated up-and-comers of the scene their chance to spray their best bars and market themselves to, what was at the time, an audience consisting of a large number of teenage inner-city inhabitants from up and down the UK.

These were simpler times when Grime was all that mattered here in the British Isles... well to me anyway.
