So, I had a “what” moment when I saw this in “Altared States” back when I first saw it; I’ve only just now gotten around to going back to get these screencaps. The two actors listed played the two brothers (David de Lautour as Ikus, Karl Urban as Mael).
I knew to expect Karl, and honestly I probably should have expected David, as he went on to play RJ in PRJF, as seen below.

In my opinion, they look enough alike to pass as brothers. It usually is very fun to see the various overlaps, and I’m just done with season 2. On the other hand, it was really weird to see teen-ish RJ, as I originally watched PRJF when it was airing in 2008, and then re-watched it a few years ago. Hopefully I’ll be more prepared when David plays a different character later on, and I know to expect a very little Olivia Tennet in an episode as well. ... Not that she wasn’t young in RPM.
